Petr has great expertise in training and exercises. Through guidance and hard work, he helps with training that provides good body control and correct posture. In addition, he provides exercises that are injury-preventive for the office body. The results I have achieved with guidance and proper training are absolutely impressive, and I would not have been able to find the exercises on my own. He also provides guidance beyond the training sessions. He adapts the exercises based on my skills, I achieve maximum results and easily builds up the most challenging exercises.
